If not, first check whether the video line of the visual extension is connected, whether the branch line of the visual adapter is connected, or whether the visual adapter is damaged.
Fault 2, the extension screen is black without image. The extension power supply is not coming.
If the whole unit is black screen, first: check whether the working indicator of the power supply is normal, if normal, please use a multimeter to measure whether the 18V output of the power supply is normal (16V-19V is normal), if the output is not in the normal range, please replace the power supply.
Second: When everything is normal after checking the power supply, please check the power line of the host output to the extension.
If it's a single black screen
First: If there is a black screen in several households of the same viewfinder, please check whether the viewfinder entrance line is connected or replaced.
Second: if the same viewfinder is normal in other households, the plugline on the viewfinder of this extension can be replaced on the viewfinder port of other normal extension, if it is normal, the viewfinder will be replaced; If it still does not work, please check that the extension (replace it with a new extension) or the extension line to the viewfinder is normal.
Fault 3, the whole building extension can not open the lock.
First: check whether the lock is faulty, open the host with the positive pole of the lock line contact the 12V terminal of the host, if the lock is opened, the lock is normal, but also indicates that the line between the host and the lock is normal, if you can not open the lock, check whether the line between the host and the lock is normal, whether the lock is normal.
Second: Replace the host.
Fault 4, single extension can not open the lock.
